When extensive damage or decaying has happened in the teeth, replacement restoration is the best option to look out for. The process of extracting by numbing the affected tooth is known as surgical restoration. In the process of surgery, tooth is divided into small parts to ensure extraction is done in a phased manner. Once removal is done, cleaning process is followed and left for healing. After completion of healing, treatment to permanently replace the affected tooth begins. If ignored at this stage, this might prove costly for patients. This might affect neighboring tooth as well and it is recommended to seek dental advise at first go.
