When I went in for my dental visit today (at the main Street office) my husband came with me. Even though they were not taking new patients, when my husband told Aaliyah he was having issues, she spoke with Cassie from the Cheektowaga(William Street) office, who told him to come right over and they treated my husband immediately. I really feel these two women really care about their patients, and they really went out of their way to make us feel special. Thank you for such great customer service.
I’ve been going to Dr. Bobs for about a year and have only had good experiences. I appreciate the appointment reminder system they have in place and the office is always clean. Lynn, one of the dental techs, is extremely personable and thorough in her exams. Both times she’s checked my teeth she’s given me tons of good tips to improve their health and is generally pleasant to talk to. I never feel rushed at this office. Another upside-they have tons of parking and the office is right off the highway!
We changed our dentist when our new dental plan was not accepted at our old dentist. Dr. Steve Fabiano is our new dentist and we are impressed. He has a great way of communicating with his patients. I’m impressed with his thoroughness at my exam. The hygienists are friendly and work well together.
Great place I have been coming here for five years. Lynn is my hygienist and she is wonderful. My teeth are well cared for by Lynn and Dr Gretchen.
