If you have lost all teeth in the upper and/or lower arch of the mouth, locator-retained overdenture with dental implants is the restorative dental treatment you are looking for. During multiple sittings with the dentist, the overdenture is prepared and fixed into the empty place to restore your normal dental functionalities. The impression of the empty area is taken to prepare a temper denture. Scans are carried out, while the temporary denture is in place, to plan out the placement of your dental implants. Further process involves placing of the dental implant, continuous monitoring as it heals and then further scanning to create the final overdenture. The final process involves overdenture being placed onto the locator attachments, and checked for proper fit and bite alignment. On the completion of this procedure, you are ready with your removable restoration specially designed to replace your natural teeth.
